National Team Success Says Everything
This fall/winter, seven players from Rawlings Tigers Columbus were drafted to the Rawlings Tigers National Team. That speaks volumes about the coaching, the training, and the standards. The 13U program prepares players for real opportunities, and the results prove it.
Honest Assessments and Real Direction
One thing I respect about the 13U Tigers is the honesty. If your player is thriving, they’ll tell you. If your player needs a different path because they aren’t progressing at this level, they’ll tell you that too — respectfully and directly. There’s no favoritism, no hidden agendas, just what’s best for the kid.
A Team That Develops Both the Individual and the Group
This program understands the balance between individual development and team success. Every player gets specific feedback to help them grow, but the boys are also taught how to compete as a unit. The culture is strong, and it’s obvious these kids enjoy being part of this team.

The 13U coaching staff holds the boys accountable in a way that’s supportive, not harsh. They learn to take ownership of their effort, their attitude, and their improvement. Out-of-control parents or undisciplined players don’t last here, which is why the environment stays healthy and focused.

At 13U, the expectations get real. Players and families are held to the same standards, which eliminates drama and creates a strong team culture. This program is AAA/Major for a reason — it pushes players to become disciplined, competitive, and mature. Not everyone is ready for it, but the kids who are grow fast.
