Great for Building Confidence
Our son has gained so much confidence since joining the 12U Tigers. The coaches teach mindset, focus, and dealing with failure — which is huge at this age. He’s become more disciplined at home, in school, and on the field. This program develops the whole kid, not just the baseball player.
Special Operations Leadership Makes a Difference
The owner’s U.S. Special Operations background brings a unique level of professionalism and mindset training. I’ve never been around someone with that kind of experience, and the standards he sets for the players are incredible. The determination, composure, accountability, and team-first mentality he teaches are overwhelming in the best way.
Coaching Staff with Serious Experience
Every coach on this 12U team has played college baseball, the owner was Arm Special Operations and it shows in the quality of instruction. The attention to detail, the teaching, and the structure make a massive difference in how quickly these players improve. It’s rare to find a program with this level of experience at the youth level.

If a player doesn’t return, it’s either a discipline issue or a lack of improvement over a full season — and that’s fair. The standard is AAA/Major, and the players who commit thrive.

We knew exactly what we were signing up for, and what was promised was delivered every step of the way.
