Great program
Good coaching and culture. There is a focus on being a good player but also on being a good human.
Welcoming group
So my son is a good player but he battles his own expectations. He is very hard on himself. We decide to do travel ball to push him a bit and the Natives were a great fit. The coaches the parents and everyone involved seem to be in it for the good of all the kids not just their own. We love that it is more practice involved and less tournaments.
The Right Way To Learn
Fantastic, caring, baseball educated coaches and teachers. Natives offer kids the ability to grow their skills and truly understand the game offensively and defensively. This team is for kids who want to get better and are willing to put in the effort. Great practices and tournaments. I believe Natives to the top travel club in SD
Great Coaching
The practices keep the children engaged. They offer two practices a week and each day, they work with something different; for example, Tuesday hitting and Thursday Fielding. Parents are very involved and the coaches work on helping the children baseball skills the correct way. My son loves it and definitely returning next year.
Excellent Coaching and Positive Environment
We've been happy with the overall experience at Natives, this is my son second year. This program truly excels at creating a positive, supportive, and motivating atmosphere for the young players.

My son plays for the Natives 8U, and it has been such a great experience! The coaches are supportive, organized, and truly care about player development. The boys play hard, have fun, and show great sportsmanship. Every tournament, they continue to grow as a team — both on and off the field. We’re so proud to be part of the Natives family!

Sexy progression
This was like AllStars meets travel. Continues with the speed and dynamics High level practices. The teams we play are better competition than our fall ball. We definitely got more out of this and progressed more this winter more than ever.
Dedicated coaches and great community
My son has been on Natives for 2 seasons now and we are very pleased and proud of how he has developed on the team and as a player, coaches are encouraging and disciplined with kids and always looking for equal play and opportunities within the team, which is good to see especially on 7/8u teams, since they are still developing and growing on every position. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for good coaching, opportunity and growth for your kid.
